The newly renovated BCP Event Center is located immediately on your right, across the Feria Bridge in downtown Boquete. The space is flexible and offers 4 different areas for your special event or meeting.

HEXAGON PARTY ROOM
Hexagon Room with Tables
This all glass room is totally flexible in its ability to accommodate any type of event. It adjoins the kitchen, which is equipped with a double-door refrigerator, sink and preparation areas. This kitchen can be closed off from the Hexagon Room by draperies. There are 3 entrances from the room; from the front patio, side patio and lobby. The room is equipped with a 6′ x 9′ dropdown projection screen.
RIVERSIDE PATIO
The large patio area is covered, and surrounds the entire Hexagon Room, allowing those on the patio to see directly into the room, or closed off with draperies. One side of the patio expands into wider space, giving it even more flexibility of use. Two sliding glass doors from the patio give access to the Hexagon Room, and the Lobby is also accessible from the patio.

LOBBY & LOUNGE
The Lobby area is entered through a decorative iron door, giving access to the long built-in bar for serving drinks and/or snacks. The back of the Lobby contains comfortable seating furniture and has large windows for viewing the passing river. Both men and women restrooms are available just off the lobby. There is also access to the theater, and to the Hexagon Room, from the Lobby.

THEATER
The theater is equipped with 112 fixed seats with a center aisle leading to the 14′ deep x 32′ wide built-in proscenium stage. Overhead lighting is controlled from the tech booth which also has a state of the art sound mixing board. Back stage has dressing rooms and storage, and plans are being made to install a rear screen projection system.

Below is a schematic of the facility. The Riverside Patio, Hexagon Party Room and Lobby/Lounge are extremely versatile, with flexible space that can be adapted to any purpose. Food & beverage events, meetings and conferences, parties and galas as well as stage productions…all are possible at the BCP Theater & Events Center.
