The BCP Theater & Events Center is available for rent to producers, event planners and individuals, and below you will find photographs, descriptions and rates for the various spaces of the facility. You will find the space is very flexible and adaptable to any use, including stage productions, receptions, parties, film showings, meetings, conferences and trade shows. Whenever you need a space to gather a group of people, BCP Theater & Events Center has an appropriate place for you. We have a large parking lot and handicapped access.

Lobby/Lounge
The beautiful entrance door opens up into our Lobby/Lounge that has direct access to our restrooms, the theater and the Hexagon Room and plenty of walk around room for a cocktail reception. There’s a very big built in bar, seating area and big window overlooking the river.

BCP Theater
The theater is equipped with 110 seats with a center aisle configuration, and can be expanded to 120 seats without center aisle. The stage has black curtain backdrop and wings, a backstage dressing area, Pars cans with color gels, a screen for image projection, a podium, microphones (floor and drop) and speakers. We have a professional sound/light board (only BCP technicians may operate this equipment and are available for a fee).

Hexagon Party Room
The Hexagon Room is surrounded by walls of glass providing views of our patio and garden from inside, and clear views of the interior of the room from outside. Seating at 6′ long tables or rounds for 8 can be configured in many way. The kitchen has a sink and preparation tables for catering use. There is a hanging projector cage in the ceiling center, with serial cable running to the kitchen for connection to a laptop computer for presentations on the screen.

Riverside Patio
The Riverside Patio wraps around the entire Hexagon Room, and is covered with an ample overhang roof for protection from rain. Surrounding the patio is a lovely garden that is kept manicured by our staff. Speakers can be set up outside and sync’d with the inside speakers, providing for increased headcount at parties or presentations. This is where the Tuesday Market is held, and is very adaptable for trade show presentations.

Rates (The rates below are general in nature. More precise rates and requirements regarding setup/tear down, cleaning, equipment rental, etc. are available upon request)
Community Service Organizations: $1 per person, includes tables/chairs
Educational Classes: $2 per person, plus cleaning fee and deposit for 3 hours
Art Exhibition: 50% of ticket price (minimum $2 per person)
Business Meetings/Product Shows: $25 for 2 hours; $10/hr over 2, plus cleaning fee and deposit, and rental fee for tables/chairs
Entertainment Events: $2 per person
Full Day-Hexagon Room (8 am to 5 pm): $75, includes use of tables/chairs
Theater Rental: $200 per day for center aisle configuration; $40 for removal/reinstall of seating
