Bud Huber is in the Gratitude Corner
Bud Huber is one of BCP’s most long standing and generous donors. He’s been a Boquete resident for over 5 years and has been involved in BCP from the very beginning. Bud’s professional background involved the technology industry, so he is understandably a lover of tech gadgets. Also, one of his favorite hobbies is photography….so it isn’t unusual that he has become the official videographer for BCP, loaning several cameras and ancillary equipment to record productions for posterity.
In addition, Bud has invested a great deal in state of the art, professional sound equipment which he generously shares with BCP. These include microphones, stands, camcorders, mixers, recorders, cables, adapters for documenting BCP events. He spends hours editing productions, such as the recent career launching video for 13 year old Ana Lisa
Miranda which has been viewed by over 1,000 people on You Tube.

Rhody Edwards brought this project to BCP as a sponsored event to assist the young girl who placed well in the Latin American Idol TV competition.
Bud has purchased and donated two projections screens to BCP; one in the Hexagon Room which made the recent smash hit Ed Sullivan Bands of the 60′s show so enjoyable, and the other is a hybrid screen for the main theater that will allow either front or rear projection.
Thanks to Bud we have a great public address system with multiple speakers giving BCP great sound flexibility. He’s given the center several security key lock boxes and event ticket printers (those tickets you buy are printed on Bud’s machines). He donated the two big, beautiful plaques that appear on each side of the entrance door to the theater itself, documenting the Grand Opening of the facility.
